Your body deserves the best care and attention, and it's up to you to provide it with the necessary conditions to thrive. You are the only one who can take care of yourself, and I'm here to show you how.

KCL - 1:1 COACHING PROGRAMs are tailored to your needs

I offer virtual or in-person sessions.

  • Bi- weekly, 50-minute, 1-on-1 sessions. Choose individual sessions, a 3 month package (6 sessions) or a 6 month package (12 sessions).

  • Comprehensive initial consultation that will provide me with the information necessary to design your unique coaching program.

  • Personalized focus on balancing your lifestyle, nutrition, growth, self-motivation, confidence and change.

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email.

  • Helpful tools, tips, and techniques for navigating your unique way of living that will help to result in better nutrition, mental clarity, self-care, increased joy, ultimate fulfillment, and sustainable health and wellness.

Example of Six Month Program (most popular):

The Ultimate Program for Empowering Clients to Create Sustainable Lifestyle Changes.

The purpose of this program is to assist clients in developing a plan for change, finding motivation, experiencing hope, growing confidence, increasing self-awareness, understanding resistance, identifying the root cause of symptoms, achieving gut health, and realizing the potential for complete sustainable lifestyle transformation. In just six months, clients are encouraged to make small behavioral shifts and establish new habits, with guidance towards achieving three modest goals (one every two months, approximately). They are then inspired to take control of their own well-being. By the end of the program, clients will feel empowered to transform their lives.

This program includes 2 (optional) - 1 hour educational sessions (created by KCL) for which each can be included as part of one of the regularly scheduled sessions (two sessions where indicated). The client may choose up to 2 of the following:

Three Month Program:

The three month program follows the same plan as the six month program. It is on a much smaller scale because of the timing. There are 6 - 60 minute sessions over the course of three months and there is 1 educational series offered.

Individual Sessions:

Individual 60 minute session. One educational series may be used as an individual session.
